One website becomes two
Until now, Kilden genderresearch.no has hosted all of Kilden’s content, including the news magazine. This setup has not been ideal. To clarify the magazine’s editorial independence and make navigation easier, the news magazine now has its own dedicated website.
Earlier content from the news magazine will, for the time being, remain available at genderresearch.no. The new Kilden magazine contains all magazine content from 2015 onwards and will continue to be updated with new material—from news and opinion pieces to the podcast Kjønnsavdelingen.
The new Kilden magasin website can be found at magasin.kildenkunnskap.no.
Website under development
genderresearch.no remains Kildens primary website. All content - except for the news magazine - will continue to be updated as usual. This includes the Journal of Gender Research, reports and knowledge compilations produced by Kilden, as well as information about our events and resources related to the Norwegian gender research community more broadly.
Kilden is also developing a new website. This site is under construction and will be launched during the autumn of 2026. When this happens, searches on genderresearch.no will automatically be redirected to the new website. More information will follow.
